Trustworthy information that’s tried and tested: Firstly, our quantitative fields are, of course, impeccable. Our fieldwork teams are professionals of the targets they interview and are perfectly organized to ensure optimum framework and control. After the fieldwork we go even further, with coherence and quality tests, NSP analysis, and respondent function checking.

In qualitative research, our group and individual interviews are scrupulously concerned with the foreseen targets; use tried and tested guidelines; and are analyzed in depth.

Results are geared towards action and strategic advice. Our studies would be worthless if the results didn't answer our clients' specific queries. Beyond figures in a quantity study or verbatim quotations in a quality approach, meaning for our clients is foremost in our minds. We must be present wherever our client needs us: always in action, sometimes in strategy, and most often in advice.

We know how to answer you on many levels because we've made ourselves competent to do so.

We have a multicultural approach. Our teams, with their varied cultural and professional backgrounds, are a gauge that we understand different markets and behavior, differing from one country to another.

But a multicultural approach must also be able to put sectors, functions and practices into perspective in relation to each other, thus positioning study results and the action they require.
