Decision-makers today, more than ever, are brought up against the need to react quickly, while using trustworthy data and considering all of the ways in which a situation may evolve.

The challenge faced by InfraForces is finer than ever. We must offer our clients still greater professionalism.

Faced with these stakes, InfraForces has decided to concentrate on two fields of competence, two targets: business and professionals on the one hand, and consumers, in their relationship to goods and services, on the other.

Concretely, what does this involve? – That we must both understand our clients' problems, and have an excellent working knowledge of consumer decision-making and purchase practices. And that we must provide our clients with field work and a processing service formatted for these types of research.

The OBEA group became sole InfraForce shareholder in 2002, allowing us to invest in people and in processes.

But I also wanted to be bullish on the market by proposing multi-client subscription studies to our clients, enabling them to size up a given market and each player's position (Tech Up methodology), to make a given target's specificities their own (Infr'Artisans, Profs Libs, Traders...), or to investigate a specific subject (Internet and Professionals.)

Our "Access Pros" panel makes it possible for us today to bring an outstanding service to our clients by allowing them to target their studies themselves.
